DSL Jerks
Well, the website’s still up. I’m <sarcasm>glad those good folks at DSL.ca are hard at work</sarcasm>. In reality, I’m not sure what to make of them. They failed to notify me of the sweeping DNS server changes they were making, failed to post it anywhere conspicuous on their website, and they failed to tell me about it when I called in, pointing out the exact day when my connection failed… in short, they’re pretty typical for Tech Support people… Heh. They even gave me a smarmy remark after I said that it was fixed.
I’m getting to like them…
