A Monday Meeting
I’m sitting in a meeting/conference call with a new European ISP, discussing technical requirements, deadlines, costs, and marketing information. This is actually much more fun than the crap I was handling (trying to, anyway) on the weekend. These guys are professionals — they know what they want, have a plan in mind, and a timeline in which to do it. They trust our knowledge and our product. They are interested only in getting this project up and running — no details are necessary for them at this point, and they have the capacity to address problems (especially technical problems) by themselves when they roll out.
