A woman soaked paper with methamphetamine, fashioned it to look like a greeting card and sent it to a federal jail inmate who then cut it into pieces for sale to other inmates, investigators said.
Kristina Landry, 23, of Everett, was arrested at her home, where authorities found a small amount of methamphetamine, according to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court.

Two New York teenagers have been accused of stealing a skeleton from a cemetery and taking it to a party dressed as the Star Wars villain Darth Vader.
Michael Herz, 18, and Michael Sossi, 17, allegedly took the body of an actor who died in 1938, and two skulls, from a crypt on Long Island in November.
"Herz dressed up the full body with glasses and then they put a Darth Vader mask on him," said detective Brian McMenemy.
The two teenagers, and a third youth accused of "receiving a stolen body", all deny the charges.

A Detroit police officer accidentally shot himself in the leg Monday when he tried to hide his gun after his car was pulled over by Canada Customs at the Ambassador Bridge.
Michael Allen, 22 and three friends were heading to Casino Windsor around 2:30 a.m. when a customs officer at the bridge directed the off-duty Detroit cop's Monte Carlo to the secondary inspection area.
After parking the car, Allen is believed to have pulled his .40-calibre Glock pistol from either a waist holster or concealed leg holster in an attempt to hide it under the car's front seat.
